2nd Grade Quilt Raffle

We will be raffling our amazing 2nd grade quilt made by Paityn's Grandma, Joy Cunniff.  This is a one of a kind keepsake including patriotic artwork by the students in 2nd grade.  We will be selling tickets at Science Night.  $2 per ticket or 5 tickets for $5.  All proceeds will go to buying science equipment for these students to use this year and next year in 3rd grade.  I could also use some people to help sell tickets during science night.  Let me know if you are interested/available.

Field Trip

We have a great trip planned for Friday.  If you are driving please be here at 8:10 so we can leave as soon as morning assembly is over.  Here is the important info - 

1. Dress to hike!  We will cover some ground.  Wear appropriate shoes.  Free dress for students.
2. Be prepared to carry your lunch and water.
3. Bring extra water - no drinking fountains where we are going.
4. Send a few 'trinkets' to exchange when geocaching.  

Science Night!!!

I hope to see everyone Thursday Night.  It will be great!  Lots of fun science to try!

Homework

No spelling this week.  Homework Packet is due Thursday because of our field trip and Science Night.
