Famous Person Video dates

Ok, here's the info.  Students should come dressed in their costume on the assigned day.  If they want to wear their costume all, that is fine.  If not, send a uniform in their backpack to change into.  If you have any questions let me know.

Letter Writing Homework

We have been working hard to learn how to correctly write an address in class.  This is meant to be a fun extension.  Please make sure letters are mailed by Wednesday.  This a great chance to make someones day.  Saying something nice in the letter will be more meaningful than you know.  Also, check your own child's ability to write their own address.  

Turtle Bay Field trip

It has become a tradition at Achieve for 2nd and 3rd grade to take an end of the year field trip to Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding.  This year we will be going on June 2nd, the day before the last day of school.  This is a great trip!  Often many parents will come with the class on this one.  The more the merrier.
